The restaurant of Hôtels Gouverneur Trois-Rivières is Le Rouge Vin.  Inspired by French cuisine, our talented team of chefs concocts exquisite dishes prepared with passion. The service is refined and courteous in a warm, intimate and friendly atmosphere. 

On the seaside, fresh seafood such as lobster, crab, oysters, prawns, mussels and delicious fried squid are on the menu.  On the land side, juicy steaks and perfectly prepared grills will delight lovers of tasty meats.  The products are of the highest quality to create an unforgettable dining experience.

The room service is available from Wednesday to Friday, 11:30 am to closure and Saturday from 4:30 pm to closure. 
 
Clients must pick up their order at the restaurant entrance.
